HTX Black Flex Elite Service Policy Thank you for choosing the HTX Black Flex Elite Service. To ensure a seamless and flexible experience for all our clients, the following policies apply to this service. Please read carefully, as your agreement to these terms is required to book this service. 1. Service Overview The Flex Elite Service offers the luxury and convenience of a black SUV on standby without the full cost of a dedicated driver for the duration of your booking. Your driver will be available to cater to your transportation needs within the agreed time frame, with flexibility for both scheduled and on-call pickups. 2. Scheduling Your Pickup At the initial drop-off, you may establish a pickup time within the agreed service period. This pickup time can be adjusted by up to plus or minus 10 minutes, subject to driver availability. If you prefer not to schedule a pickup time in advance, you can notify your driver when you are ready for pickup. A minimum notice of 20 minutes is required to accommodate your request. 3. On-Demand Flexibility While you enjoy your activity (e.g., dining, shopping, or attending an event), your driver may service other clients in the interim to maximize efficiency. However, the driver will always prioritize your pickup within the 20-minute notice window. Drivers will stay in close communication and will ensure timely responses to any updates regarding your pickup time. 4. Service Limitations The Flex Elite Service is limited to transportation within a defined 60 mile radius or area, as outlined in your booking confirmation (e.g., within Houston or specific neighborhoods). Any requests for additional stops or extended trips beyond the initial agreement may incur additional charges. 5. Communication and Updates You are responsible for maintaining communication with your driver throughout the service period via phone or text message. Failure to provide timely updates may result in delays or service interruptions. 6. Liability and Behavior HTX Black reserves the right to terminate service in cases of inappropriate client behavior or failure to comply with this policy. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service period. Agreement By booking the Flex Elite Service, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
