Terms & Conditions for All-Weekend Flex Elite Service By booking HTX Black’s All-Weekend Flex Elite Service, you agree to the following: 1. Service Overview Duration: Friday 3:00 PM to Sunday 3:00 PM. Adjustments may incur additional fees. Included Hours: Up to 20 driving hours; additional hours are $125/hour. 2. Service Area Covers the Greater Houston Area and pre-approved out-of-town trips (e.g., Austin, San Antonio, Lake Charles). Extra fees apply for extended areas. 3. Booking & Payment Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve. Balance: Due 24 hours before service start time. Cancellations: 48+ hours before start: Partial refund (excluding deposit). Within 48 hours: No refund. 4. Client Responsibilities Scheduling: Provide an itinerary or needs 24 hours in advance. Changes may incur delays or fees. Wait Time: Included in total service hours. Notify the driver 20 minutes in advance for each trip. 5. Driver & Vehicle Usage Driver Availability: Standby throughout the service; daily driving capped at 8 hours max for safety. Capacity: Luxury SUV seats up to 6 passengers. Prohibited Activities: No smoking, excessive intoxication, or illegal activities. Violations may terminate service without a refund. 6. Liability & Damages Damage Policy: Clients cover any damage caused by their party. Cleaning/repair fees may apply. Force Majeure: HTX Black isn’t liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather). 7. Special Requests Customizations (e.g., refreshments, child seats) must be arranged in advance and may incur fees. Out-of-Town Trips: Must be pre-approved and included in the itinerary.
