Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing HTX Black. To ensure a smooth, safe, and professional experience, the following terms and conditions apply to all services. By booking with HTX Black, you agree to these policies: 1. Cancellations Cancel at least 24 hours prior for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations after driver dispatch are non-refundable. 2. Booking Modifications Changes to bookings (e.g., pickup time, service length or location) must be requested at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled service time and are subject to approval based on availability. 3. Wait Time For airport pickups, drivers include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after flight arrival. Additional wait time is charged in 15-minute increments as outlined in your booking confirmation. For all other services, drivers include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time at each stop. 4. Client Behavior HTX Black reserves the right to terminate service immediately, without refund, in cases of inappropriate or unsafe client behavior, including but not limited to: Intoxication or disorderly conduct. Damage to the vehicle. Threatening or abusive behavior toward the driver. 5. Liability for Damages Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during the service period, including cleaning fees for spills, stains, or smoking inside the vehicle. 6. Service Limitations HTX Black services are limited to the agreed-upon time frame, route, and destinations as outlined in the booking confirmation. Any changes or extensions may incur additional fees. 7. Communication Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information at the time of booking and maintain communication with the driver during the service period. 8. Inclement Weather and Delays HTX Black is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen events beyond our control. Drivers will make every effort to provide timely and efficient service. 9. Payment and Refunds All payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Refunds for cancellations or service issues will be processed within 5–7 business day 10. Right to Refuse HTX Black reserves the right to refuse service to clients who violate these terms or compromise safety.
